Who we are

Kingdom in action family is a ministry centered in Christ. It is a non-denominational body where the individuality of every person or organization affiliated are fully respected.

Our main purpose is to help you connect with the Father's supernatural power and his heart, and to achieve your dreams and purpose.

Vision:

To see individuals and nations being changed by the establishment of His Kingdom on earth.

Mission:

We want to see sons and daughters taking their perfect position in society, by influencing the 7 mountains and expressing the love of the Father in their areas of dominion. We want to help plant new congregations along with supporting and covering pastors and ministries.

What we believe

  • We believe in GOD, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, in all His manifestation and fullness.

  • We believe in CHRIST as the pillar and cornerstone, as the main Foundation from which we build all things.

  • We believe in the full and true Word of God, to build and establish the life of CHRIST within us.

  • We believe in the Kingdom of God.

  • We believe that the followers of Jesus Christ have everything they need to triumph.

  • We believe that we are sons and heirs of His Kingdom.

  • We believe that honor brings reward.

  • We believe that prophetic worship releases the revelation of the Kingdom.

  • We believe that the church is family, and that we have a God-given power to influence and transform our environment and the people around us.

  • We believe that connections are tools God has given us to align ourselves and create a greater force that destroys the power of darkness

Josué Santiago is an apostolic leader, pastor, and international ministry voice with a God-given mandate to see nations transformed through the Gospel, the unity of the Body of Christ, and the establishment of the Kingdom of God in every sphere of society.

Born and raised in Cuba, Josué began preaching, discipling, and serving the Church at the age of 13 under restrictive political and economic conditions. These formative years shaped his apostolic calling and burden for national transformation. Over the years, he has been instrumental in the planting, strengthening, and apostolic oversight of more than 200 churches, equipping pastors and leaders and providing spiritual covering across nations.

Today, Josué serves as an apostolic leader to a global network of more than 300 churches, partnering across denominations and movements. His ministry carries a strong emphasis on spiritual identity, sonship, unity, revival, and the advancement of God’s Kingdom through both spiritual renewal and tangible societal transformation.

Over the past five years, through the ministry God entrusted to him, Josué has led sustained humanitarian and community-development work throughout Cuba. This apostolic labor has resulted in the distribution of 120,000 pounds of rice, 80,000 pounds of beans, and 15,000 pounds of medicine, as well as hurricane relief funding and critical in-kind aid during seasons of crisis. His ministry has supported and equipped houses of worship, provided transportation for pastors to reach remote regions, and helped launch small businesses to promote economic sustainability.

In addition to emergency relief, Josué oversees ongoing care initiatives that reflect the heart of the Kingdom: supporting an orphanage, operating feeding centers for seniors, ministering to families affected by disability, and providing monthly financial support to 80 pastors faithfully serving in vulnerable communities. He has also witnessed remarkable transformation in communities once marked by violence and instability, seeing cities shift toward peace, safety, and restored hope through sustained prayer, discipleship, and presence.

Josué holds a bachelor’s degree in Theology from the Evangelical Theological Seminary in Matanzas, Cuba, and a master’s degree in Apostolic Leadership and Advanced Theology from Wagner University. He is currently pursuing doctoral studies in national transformation and faith-based societal renewal, equipping him to assist nations, particularly in the developing world, in mobilizing faith-based resources to rebuild communities and meet essential human needs where government systems are weak or absent.

A professional musician and worship leader, Josué carries a strong anointing for cultivating worship environments that release healing, restoration, and revival. In 2023, he released a Spanish-language Christian music album titled Volverás a Sonreír (“Cuba Will Smile Again”), featuring the title track he wrote as a prophetic declaration of hope for his homeland of Cuba.

Based in Ohio, he currently pastors Family of Faith Community Church while traveling extensively to equip leaders, raise sons and daughters in the faith, and proclaim the Gospel. His deepest passion is to see Christ formed in individuals and nations transformed by the power of the Kingdom of God. Josué and his wife Leyanet have three daughters: Daphe, Abby, and Bella.
